Join us at PreGel’s International Training Centre in Aurora, ON for a unique pastry demonstration. Chef Rodney Alléguède, owner of the patisserie Goûter, will present “Modernizing Classic French Desserts”  with an energizing lecture about the techniques to provide a modern take on traditional French favourites.
